Banana Cinnamon Protein Fudge Bars

Smoothy, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth blocks of pure heaven......these bars are deliciously satisfying and nourishing to the soul. These chunks of pure goodness are decadent and also RICH with healthy fats and plant-based protein.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of peanut butter (or any nut butter of choice)
- 1/2 cup oat flour*
- 2 scoops of Vivo Perform Banana & Cinnamon protein powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Directions
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Press them into a large baking pan and let them sit in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Cut them into squares and drizzle date syrup** all over these babies!
Notes
*you can substitute with quinoa flakes or garbanzo bean or coconut flour
**I used D'vash Organics Date Syrup, but you can make your own homemade date syrup or drizzle with melted dark chocolate!
